my best advice is what wmy nurse gave me. lots of rest, and to help with pain from the gas they use to expand your stomach take short walks, you needs to get your body moving and it will help the gasses excape quicker. three days after my surgery i felt back to my self, not like months after my first surgery. don't over do yourself.

Hey. Hope it all went well and you are home relaxing. Remember take it easy but defo agree 10 minutes walks really helped me. Just listen to your body and for the next few days it is all about you xxx
