Endo just seems to be taking over everything, job, relationship, family, friends. It's controlling me.

I'm just wondering how everyone on here manages to juggle everything while having endo? I'm struggling to find the energy to do things due to being in agony.

Hey I know that feeling very well I suffer from a lot of pain too. I've found the best way to deal with it is just try stay positive and don't give in. Try to do as much as u can without making yourself too ill also keeping busy sometimes help to take my mind away from the pain x x

Hey, it's not good being in pain all the time and I suspect a lot off us here will be sympathetic as we all experience similar things and being linked by pain. Everyone experience pain different and I am lucky I have an understanding family but I agree with Kelly, try and stay positive and don't let it beat you, I stay busy too keep active physically and mentally, on bad pain days I try and keep brain active by doing cross stitch. When concentrate on this it helps sometimes xx
