Back ache

Hey ladies iv had my period now so most my endo symptoms have one all expect one do you ladies fine you have permanent constant lower back ache when walking standing or sitting the rest of the month?

Hiya I used to be exactly the same, all my abdo pain was for a week before my period then during my period which was sometimes 10 days long. Then I would get some reprieve, all except the constant lower back pain and I'm sure it was endo related as it worsened during my period.since I've been seeing a chiropractor weekly the back pain has actually gone completely ! Took a good few weeks but is so worth it! Best money I've ever spent without a doubt .

I have constant pain throughout the month. Not just my back but my pelvic pain is there and rib/chest pain. It sometimes goes for a day but then comes back with a vengeance. I don't know what causes yours but mine is because my womb sits backwards, not forwards so it rests on the base of my spine making it hard to walk at times with sciatica and pains then going to my hips. All this and still 18, I feel like I should be nearing on 60 now, haha!! Hope this gets better for you and see if someone will scan you to see what position your womb is in.
