Hi ladies just wondering whats the one thing you have to have with endometriosis.

Hi,

I'm the same I need my hot water bottle for my pains, i also need a blanket and my reading book to help escape real life when my pains are really bad.

My morphine ๐Ÿ˜ข and my very supportive mum! It really makes a real difference when someone believes you and knows when you are having a wave of pain.

I also have a blanket that I've actually brought into hospital with me this time. I also have adult colouring book to escape and try and distract my kind. As well of course the pain killers.

Ah yes I discovered the joys of adult colouring books just yesterday and found it a really nice way to relax

Colouring book and pain killers. I must admit, I haven't used hot water bottle since October, when I thought it actually added to my pain. I was proved wrong the following month.

Blanket, reading book and lots of cups of tea!! Really helps.

Dont really like cold drinks as much as i used too.

I try to district myself from the pain but having really bad day today painkillers ain't touching the pain so keep my water bottle by my side hopefully they will kick in soon xx

pillows, easy quick to eat snacks/food, magazines, books, but most importantly the remote, a comfortable position, hot water bottles, and the pooch, the other half plays Xbox and leaves me well alone til I call, he's well trained hahaha i need plenty of distractions between naps xx

Its nice in those 5 mins when u don't feel the pain to eat something that makes u smile I usually go savoury but I do love those caramac buttons xx
