Any who suffer with back pain, how do you ease this? I've taken loads of different pain killers to no avail, nothing and I mean nothing I've tried helps. Any suggestions would be appreciated..

Question re; helping back pain..

Have you seen anyone about your back pain? GP, physio therapist or osteopath ?
I also have dreadful back pain which I assume is due to the endometriosis, adhesions and adenomyosis.
I believe that the Endo is irritating my sciatic nerve as I have days when the pain goes down my bum and shoots down my leg. The only way that i can explain it is that it feels like an electric shock! When I have this pain, moving is excruciating and I can't sit down without my back/bum hurting.
I also get a achey lower back prior to and during my period.
I have a TENS machine, which really helps. I also use hot water bottles and heat pads. Pain medications do not help my back pain.
I really hope you find something that works for you soon.

I was given gabapentin for the nervy sciatic pain. It kind of helps, but hot water bottle is better. I also use a tennis ball and roll it between my buttock and a wall to help relieve the buttock/sciatic pain.
Hi Sam, Have you seen a doctor? My boyfriend had a fistular last year (stomach operated on) and since the latter part of last year, been having back pain too. He is now under the doctor and hospital, having various tests, including Mri, and further appointments next week! I wholly misunderstood how serious his back ache and leg numbness was! Please do take further advice and hopefully your pain is something alot less serious!. Good luck and take care. JM
Yoga to stretch your back works well with me
Heat. Either hot water bottle or microwave pack. I have a hootie owl for this. Also I sleep at night when bad with a pillow alongside me so when lying on my side I can rest my knee so it's not on the mattress so not twisting so much. My back pain is predominantly one sided and down one leg.
Hi, I swim twice a week & this really helps my pain. I realize not everyone likes swimming but this works for me. Gentle swimming for 20 mins consistantly, it is sometimes very hard to do. I reallly have to push myself as pain killers make me feel so low.
I hope you find somethink that works for you x
