Hi all I have been in pain for 18 years since my period started.

Was only recently diagnosed with sever Endo, the first thing I did was the only thing you can do is to change my diet drastically.

I have read and googled so many things and can up with The Endometriosis Diet.

I have gone to to total extreme and am only eating Fresh fruit and vegetable and high omega 3 wild coughs fish.

To reduce the pain you need to reduce estrogen levels and inflammation in your body.

This book will explain to you why you should not eat some foods and the ones that will help you.
