Has anyone used a TENS machine before? What is the best one to buy for endo?

I don't know anything about tens machines but I have ordered a qfiber body heat wrap off amazon.uk to help with my pain. I believe they are quite helpful for easing endo related pain. A lady on this site was saying how much one has helped her and wanted to share it with us all !! They cost £52 plus postage. Can be charged off plug , USB , cigarette lighter or batteries. Hi I bought a tens machine from.boots cost me 50pnd it great while got it on but pain bak within half an hr after taking it off. I bought it as a last resort coz.i have been told hysterectomy at 28 yr old is my only option so wanted t make sure tried everything I found the heat patches the most beneficial and not the expensive ones mine were a pnd out of b&q and morissons ones r good they get really hot n only £1.50 at the most.hope this helps you

I use a Lloyds Pharmacy one, it is fantastic! 9 different settings...worth a try! It cost me £17 and the replacement pads are around £5
