Don't know what to do..

I was diagnosed with endo April last year and had diathermy in July 13 at the same time they inserted the mirena coil. This was removed in November at my post op appt as I have now been bleeding pretty continuously for 7 months, can this make the endo grow again? I feel like it's back but my gp and gyn are convincing me it's impossible!!! So fed up!!! They also put me on a 4 day course of tranexamic acid which stopped the bleeding for 6 days but now it's back and worse than before! I'm back to having what my mum calls "corned beef belly" due to hot water bottles, codeine isn't helping and they refuse to prescribe anything stronger. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
