Got pretty constant pain in my hip and lower back, could this be the endometriosis?

Yep I'm afraid so I have this every day! Goes into thighs and sometimes down to ankle I've been told it's the sciatic nerve being irratated by the inflamation.

That was my first symptom...It turned out to be ovarian cyst pain, although they are stuck together with endo so probably a bit of both..

I have just been diagnosed with endo and have suffered with hip and lower back pain for years. Its kind of comforting to know its probably related and not another medical problem.
