Have you tried cutting out wheat?? I have found my bloating has gone completely since cutting it out of my diet!!
Wheat is in a lot if products though so it is quite hard shopping when you have to stop and read ingredients in everything you pick up . I have also cut out dairy and gluten. There are sections in most supermarkets that have a free from section. It is hard but definitely worth it !! I have also dropped 7 pounds since I started it a month ago .
Also ginger is very good for inflammation ? Good luck Nat xxx
HI, Iv been having the same problem recently and posted a similar cry for help on here. A lot of the replies advised me to keep off dairy. Iv now stopped eating anything with milk in it and it seems to be working - still have a few off days here or there but no longer turning into a balloon everyday and feeling much better about my body again The lactose free milk seems to be work for me. This non dairy diet means I cant eat bread or chocolate or biscuits so Im actually starting to lose weight and feel better all round. Id give it a try if I were u. Wish there was a simpler method though so if you find anything else that's easier can you post it on here please?....
