Don't know if I am more nervous about them finding endo or finding nothing, I mean I don't want endo but if it comes back negative I don't know where I will be,

First laparoscopy and hestercoscoy tomorrow
Good luck for tomorrow, and make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to recover, don't try to rush back to your normal routine if your body is not ready. Whatever the outcome at least you will know, but I know how you feel I was convinced right up until I went into theatre that they would find nothing, but woke up to be told I had stage four endo - but should they not find endo then you must still pursue it if you are still in pain - let us know how you get on xx
Good luck! I had the same back in November. I did have endo and i had it lasered out. Remember if it is endo and its removed it's diagnostic and operative surgery, so you need to take your time and rest up if that is the case. Its different for everyone but I was off work for 4weeks. If not, you rest anyway and pursue it if the pain continues. Good luck xx
had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy (is that what you mean't?). They found extensive endo and adhesions, even in my stomach. Ovary was stuck to bowel and tube stump (removed prev) was also adhered. The lap and hysteroscopy itself is pretty straight forward, tiny incisions of half and inch max (about three), mine don't show at all now. The outcome is entirely dependent on what endo and how much plus adhesions they find. In my case it was lots, so the op took longer than expected to unstick all the adhesions and endo deposits in right and left pelvis and stomach. Because I had so much invasive surgery, it was uncomfortable for a few days afterwards but then it got rapidly better. Unfortunately for me the adhesions eventually became a problem again months later, each surgery even laps though less invasive can create more scar tissue, especially if there is a lot of surgery required and dependent on individuals own ability to create scar tissue, some do some don't so much.
A lap is the only reliable way to really find out what is going on and deal with it. Don't worry about the lap and hysteroscopy itself, the investigation is done using microscopic camera on pencil thin wire. All the best.
