If I want the images taken during my previous operations can I have them?

My gynaecologist that I dont wish to see nomore did two laparoscopys she has images she showed me them one time I went there could I get a copy?

Hi yes u can. The health care has by law 40 days to respond to ur request-they should aim for 21 days. They can refuse if they think that it will cause physical/mental pain to the patient. Please check first as some do charge a fee. I am assuming u mean NHS records? Take care.. Claire x
