What can I do to ease my constant back pain? I've tried paracetamol, ibuprofen, co-codamol. I've been prescribed naproxen by the gp but not willing to take that often as it keeps me awake throughout the night which I cannot be doing with as I already have an almost 2yr old who wakes throughout the night. Also, constant nausea is awful beyond belief. My symptoms are worsening!

Hi,
Have you tried a tens machine? I found that it really helped with my constant back pain & didn't cost too much. I have an ova tens which is for period pain but held with endo pain too.
It also meant that I wasn't taking as man meds.
I couldn't take pain meds during the day as I had to drive & this saved me!
Hope you get some relief soon.

Hi thanks for replying, I haven't tried a tens machine tbh that thought didn't even cross my mind, I just feel myself worsening everyday and I don't know what to do about it. I'm always so busy I don't have time to stop and do much to help ease my pain. X
Have you tried anything for your nausea?
I'm on prochlerazine and it helps loads, I have a good combo of pain beds too that luckily I have no side affects from
Amitriplyne x1
Naproxen x2
Buscopan x2
Codipar x4
Tramadol x8
And oromorph liquid morphine for breakthrough bleeding
I know you are trying to avoid medication but that little lot are working for me, might be wort trying the nausea medication
