Endo and Complex Atypical Hyperplasia

Hi all, well went to the hospital today and they have discovered from the biopsy that I had taken that I have Complex atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium .If this isn't treated with a full hysterectomy can eventually turn to Cancer.

Shocked is an understatement and can honestly say I'm so scared as can't have keyhole as BMI still a little high so,they will go through my c section scar.

Still don't know how bad the Endo is until they go in but having an MRI scan this week to see if this condition has spread.

I had a CA125 blood test carried out thanks to my doctor who has been amazing.This can have a false reading because of Endo but the test especially involves the ovaries.Mine was high so thats why the hospital did all the tests it needed.

I have been suffering for a while and had I not changed my GP I would not be where I am now.

Please please if you feel like you are not getting anywhere with getting the help you need push for it and if it still doesn't change then change your gp .You are well within your rights.Please don't suffer.

i have been to my dr since august and had blood tests scans but my dr will not send me to a gyn i am so sick there just want to give me antydepresents there say that i have had tests but it is the stress making me anxus i just want my life back dont know what to do

Change your gp sweetie .i did and thats what got me to a diagnosis xx sorry your having such a bad time.if you need to talk always here xx
