It seems you do not need advice. Not even sure why you are on a CKD website. I am in the USA and we report out findings in different measurements than yours. But if I have done my conversions properly your Creatinine and eGFR are all in the normal range. Your A1C is in the PRE diabetic range (although at the very top). Your cholesterol is good. So seems the best advice is keep on doing whatever you are doing! Now you say you are a diabetic. Even though your a1c seems under control. So of course you already must know the things to do to control your diabeties. So apparently your doctor has not given you any new advice based upon these results.

Based on this you seem healthy and in solid health ranges. I can only hope my GFR is 66 at age 66.
