Did a HBA1C Test April 2014 and result was 42 mMol
Todays test is 41 mMol
So after past 3 months watching my diet and a bit more exercise is starting to pay of and now no longer classed as prediabetic but advised to keep on same lifestyle and retest in 3 to 6 month time
