My sister who now has diabetes t2 is finding it hard to control her sugars - like myself really. She says many times to me that Atleast you can eat carbs and then take your insulin then your sugars will be down...she doesn't take insulin at the moment. I'm just wondering how can I explain to her that it's not like that. That I must watch my carbs too
