Early Wake Up Call: DEXCOM (Temprano despierte llamada: DEXCOM)

Yesterday morning (early morning), I was woken up at 5:20 because the DEXCOM alarmed saying that I was below 80 mg/dl on the receiver. When this happened, I tested to see if the system was actually correct. Turned out, I was 111 mg/dl on my Breeze2. So, I had calibrated the DEXCOM and couldn't go back to bed since I wouldn't have been able to go back to sleep (not enough time). This is one issue that I really don't like-- up at inappropriate times.

While I was at my job, I was tired, but for good reason. It's never easy to go through your day when you're tired and you get up earlier than normal. I'm thinking of trying to catch up on my missed sleep sometime soon, but will see when this can be done. Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining, I just get really tired when I get woken up out of a sound sleep and it's not even 6 am! Do you ever feel like that sometimes?

No me consiga incorrecto.

Well, this is all for right now. More to come very soon on the DEXCOM! Enjoy the weekend.

Bien, esto es todo para ahora mismo. ¡Más venir muy pronto al DEXCOM! Disfrute del fin de semana.

Hope you where not to bad the next day. Diabetes can be a pain at times. Its so unpredictable. I know Stress with me I always dive down (bg) & others go up ? I play chess a lot on the computer & I hate to lose ! I have had a Freestyle Libre on & watched my Bg go down because my head is working ? Believe me I don't like to be beaten.

At odd times, if you use your brain, you are also using sugar. A person's brain needs carbs to function and when you read, play games either on the computer or just in general, your blood sugar can go down for some people-- others have it going higher. The lower numbers tend to happen for me if I read, but I can't help it because I'm known as a "book worm", HOBIEONE ! The difference is, I wasn't reading then.
