not sure why you want a diabetic cake recipe surely a normal one would do

I tried to take a picture of 3 recipes in my Xpert diabetes book but can't work out how to send it. It doesn't copy & paste as a normal email or text. When I get a bit of time I will type them out for you. Unless you know someone who has this book. Xpert is a charity that runs courses for diabetes. Let me know if you want me to type them out for you. 😀

I just weigh out the sugar and count the spoons I put in. Then put the same amount of spoons of canderell in instead (as it's lighter) and it seems to come out good in my victoria sponges.
