Hello everyone! Sorry for the delay in typing this, but I was extremely busy lately and this was the first time I could get to the posting. It just comes to show that when there's bad weather and tons of work that needs to be done, things tend to be moved and put to the side for a few hours-- or days.
¡Hola cada uno! Lamento la tardanza de la mecanografía de esto, pero estaba muy ocupado últimamente y esto era la primera vez que me podría poner a la fijación. Sólo viene para mostrar que cuando hay mal tiempo y las toneladas del trabajo que se tiene que hacer, las cosas tienden a moverse y ponerse al lado durante unas horas - o días.
Before switching the sensors last night, I noticed that the old sensor had some issues. It kept going back and forth from the three question marks and the hour glass icons. I really don't like the hour glass icon! It makes me nervous and I feel like I have to watch the receiver every minute to see if the sensor will fail. Lucky me, it never did, but it had went to sleep here and there during the week I had used it.
Antes de cambiar los sensores anoche, noté que el viejo sensor tenía algunas cuestiones. Siguió yendo de acá para allá de los tres signos de interrogación y los iconos de cristal de la hora. ¡Realmente no me gusta el icono de cristal de la hora! Me pone nervioso y siento que tengo que mirar el receptor cada minuto para ver si el sensor fallará. Afortunado mí, nunca hizo, pero tenía fue para dormir aquí y allí durante la semana lo había usado.
The replacement sensor that I had gotten for free came on Tuesday during the day. That's fast service since I had been told that the sensor would be here by Wednesday evening. It's sometimes odd how things work out now and then.
El sensor de reemplazo que había conseguido gratis vino el martes durante el día. Esto es el servicio rápido ya que me habían dicho que el sensor estaría aquí antes de la tarde del miércoles. Es a veces raro cómo las cosas calculan de vez en cuando.
Speaking of the DEXCOM, I'm getting ready for the upcoming lecture at my Senior Center scheduled for October 18th. My boss had put me in charge of getting everything and everyone ready for the event. I'm hoping that this will workout since some of the Seniors already had told me that they want to get the information and see what the Representative from DEXCOM has to say at 11 am that day. Hablando del DEXCOM, me preparo para la conferencia próxima en mi Centro Mayor programado hacia el 18 de octubre. Mi jefe me había puesto a cargo consiguiendo todo y a cada uno listo para el acontecimiento. Espero que este vaya la prueba ya que algunos Mayores ya me habían dicho que quieren conseguir la información y ver lo que el representante de DEXCOM tiene que decir a las 11:00 ese día.
