Welcome to the group. What has your Endocrinologist said he/she wants you to do?
Please check out the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation's website. Go to: drwf.org.uk/diabetes-leaflets and click on the diabetes and exercise leaflet or the diabetes and a healthy diet leaflet. Both can be downloaded to be read or listened to.
