What an odd day yesterday with the DEXCOM. The sensor that I have been using since Tuesday this week kept going "on the fritz". Every so often, I wouldn't have any data on the receiver and no one who was a follower could see any new numbers, either. Some of this was happening during my day at my job and even before leaving the house for my busy day.

While at my job, when there were numbers being reported, the readings were exremely off. When I tried to recalibrate at one point while being at the center (11:19 am USA), I had to call the Support Tech because the numbers were gone-- again and the system wanted to recalibrate even though I had done it before the readings went away. Unfortunately, the readings came back around 2:15 pm USA and then went away again around 2:30 pm USA. The Support Tech told me that if the sensor either finally fails, or is out for the 3 hour period, call back and I can get a new free replacement sensor sent to me overnight. This was said after I told him what I had happen since Tuesday morning with the other sensor I had had for only overnight and into the next morning fail from Monday afternoon.
Mientras en mi trabajo, cuando había números relatados, las lecturas eran exremely lejos. Cuando traté de calibrar de nuevo en cierta ocasión estando en el centro (11:19 los EE. UU), tuve que llamar la Tecnología de Apoyo porque los números se fueron - otra vez y el sistema quiso calibrar de nuevo aunque lo hubiera hecho antes de que las lecturas se marcharan. At home, the DEXCOM kept going in and out-- still. Last night, it was good that it came back with the numbers since I was needing to have a few snacks before heading to bed. No juice, but a few snack bars and a greek pineapple flavored yogurt. The bars usually help raise the numbers enough so I wouldn't drop too low while sleeping, but it seemed to take longer last night before going to bed for the food to finally get in and do what it was supposed to do. Not sure what happened there, but it did work eventually.
En casa, el DEXCOM siguió entrando y - todavía. Anoche, estaba bien que volvió con los números ya que tuve que tener unos bocados antes de dirigirme para acostarme. Ningún zumo, pero unas loncherías y una piña griega yogur condimentado.
