hi i am diabetic since 12 years i am 50, taking insulin 40 n 20 but my sugar is 225/380 totaly uncontroled now i am unable to bend my left hand fingers and its unbearable paining Dr advise me its due to lack of calcium i started taking pills but its dont effective pls advise how to control my sugar and get rid of pain.

Apparently you have not taken care of your health. It deserves much more. Please immediately consult endocrinologist. He will advise appropriate tests and prescribe appropriate dosage. Medication is only one part. Diet consult a dietitian, get your eyes checked. Brisk walk is another essential requirement. If you do not find improvement in your hand movement, you may have to consult a neurologist too.
CONSULT A DIBETOLOGIST SOON I think ur insuline doent suit you which you taking. doctor will prescribe you another insuling. as per y experience no other insulline suits me except Mixtard30/70.
so pl consult ur doctor immidiately.
