I am using Paneer phool since last 3 months and the results are very good. Though I am not diabetic but diagnosed as president diabetic and I am not taking any medication except Paneer phool. You can search on Google about how to consume Paneer phool. Ideally I am soaking 15 Paneer phool in 1 glass of water overnight and consume the water in morning on an empty stomach and throwing away the phool. In first 15-20 days you will see nothing but after it your blood sugar will be noticeable low. Please consult with your doctor if you are taking any medication too. As if your blood sugar will be low by using Paneer phool then it is very difficult to get it normal. Previous my suger was 270-250 mgdl now it is regularly at 90-99 mgdl after 2 hour of every meal. I can eat anything including sweet, rice etc. Remember again to consult any aayurvedic doctor before starting this Paneer phool. Best of luck
Raviga it is interesting to note your experience pl. It seems your pp is high what about your fasting.
I have high fasting and high pp. What is Paneer Phool is it a herb or something
Paneer phool is Ayurvedic treatment being used since ancient times.it can be considered as plant based insulin which is totally natural without any side effects. Till now science has not identified any noticeable side effects of Paneer phool.
Please search on internet about it. And be careful if you are on any medication. Bcz your blood sugar can be noticeable low if you mix Paneer phool with others medication. Please note that Paneer phool effect can be different on people to people. Somebody can feel it's effective immediately while another one can feel after 15-20 days.also excercise is increases its effect. So do excercise control on excessive diet and you will be on your way.
Hope it helps
Currently my fasting BS is 80 and PPBS 105. I have reduced my weight to 59 Kg from 72 Kg. I am eating each and every food in a moderate quantity. My weist was 36 inch which is now 32 inches. And I have stopped Paneer phool since last 1.5 months.
It is quite encouraging for me to read about your case.
I am 48 yrs and have been on medicines Metmorphin 500 mg and glimapride 1 mg twice a day for about 4 to 5 yrs.
My HB1ac is around 6.5 with huge food control effort.
BS Fasting mostly is around 120 and PP could go anywhere from 150 to 220 depending upond the food type.
Normal Indian meal like roti , rice, Idli or Dosa etc. even taken alone and in low qua tities plays havoc with the BS PP tremendoysly.
Distribute your meal in lower portion.i.e every 4 or 4.5 hours take you meal in low quantity. Reduce chapati and increase salads in you meals. I know it's hard in starting but believe me after one week you will get habitual. And you will feel very energetic and lite.
Reduce your weight and weist as per BMI table. And your sugar will be controlled.
As you are on medication since long I believe your body can loose its ability to repair damaged organs. So in it case it may take longer time to control. Though this is just my opinion. So please don't mind.
Be healthy.
First you need to control your fasting BS. For this you can start Paneer phool. But be careful as you are on your medication too. Hence start Paneer phool in very low quantity I.e 4 to 5 Paneer phool. If you feel your sugar levels low reduce your medication greadually and increase quantity of Paneer phool as per your comfort and convenience.this may take up to 20 days but don't forget about excercise.once in a week water only fasting helps too much.. change your diet habit. Be on healthy lifestyle and do excercise atleast 1 hour a day .I.e walk 8 KMS a day .As per my view no any medication can control your blood sugar unless and until you change your diet habit and lifestyle.
Good luck
Thanks have ordered Paneerphool from online will start following ice received and will update progress. Thanks for your guidance.
Once again warning you. Please check your BS everyday as you are taking your medications too. Paneer phool may lower Bs drastically. Or it can take up to a month to show its results. Depending on your physical condition.
Please soak Paneer phool in 1/4th glass of water only overnight squiz the phool and strainand consume the water sip by sip (not in one shot) and do not eat or drink anything till 35 mnts of it. And do not forget about excercise.
Good luck
Thanks Dear will follow the steps
Pl. let me know where to find 'PANEER KI PHOOL" and how it can be used?
Trajenta can cause the inflammation of pancreas and if ur triglycerides are high it can become a cause of ur death.be careful.....take LCHF diet as well. Thanks
Linagliptin is used along with diet and exercise and sometimes with other medications to lower blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes (condition in which blood sugar is too high because the body does not produce or use insulin normally). Linagliptin is in a class of medications called dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors. It works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high.
Check your blood sugar daily and try to reduce it by exercise and diet.
