Thanks Sandy, looks interesting.btw, I received a you tube video link from diabetics talk, a forum I subscribe to, which explains the relationship between gut health and diabetes (not sure if I can post link here so just go to YouTube and search for Diabetics Talk, it should be there). I was having a fair amount of gut issues recently, like intestinal pain and bloating, but the signs disappeared once I got on probiotics. Also feel much better after fasting recently for a whole day (just had water, nothing else). Hope it helps.
