I am not a diabetic and I am not a doctor. But what I am telling is very useful for those who are suffering from diabetes. Its just you have to eat dry Amla (Sweet Amla) 4 to 6 slice every morning before breakfast & after lunch & diner it will lowdown your Diabetes so keep some sweets with you, Please check your diabetes every day and don't stop medicines until your doctor suggest.
You will see your Diabetes will go normal then eat fruits & veg eat sweets of jaggery.

Take one tender ladies finger - bindi- cut top and bottom put in a glass of water in the evening, closed by a lid. In the next morning , take out the bindi and drink the water. Continue for 90 days. The beta cells in the pancreas will stat producing more insulin and gradually insuline injection can be minimized, if not stopped.
Some people tried your suggestion, but nobody told any progress in the sugar level. I think it will be effective in the beginning stage and those who have long time diabetics will not effect, may be due the complete damage of pancreas. forgive me if I have written any foolishness.
