I'm anemic have low b12 and iron

I also feel like I'm diabetic I went for blood check up but I'd ate apple 2-3 hours prior so they did random glucose test and it came out to be 73 which is just above the lower limit

Is this of any concern what should I consider it as

You need to understand what is diabetes and when to test and in what condition you should go for blood test, Hemoglobin of 12 is not very low. You can add greens in your food.
