What are your blood test results, weight, height and cholesterol?

What made you join this programme?

Life style change, watching out for free and hidden sugar, eating over ground veg, small grains, regular exercise, giving more that 15 hours between dinner and breakfast, smaller portion of food, taking a lot of Indian species and regular exercise can help towards lowering blood glucose leading to a healthy life.

The Doctor you are promoting..Is he a Qualified Endocrinologist. Please check& confirm

Hi and thank you for sharing this. Can you please share the positive things that have happened to you post the course? What were your sugar levels and what are they now?

thaikand , For the benefit of members, could you provide more information on the cost associated with this course?

Thanks for the information sandybrown . I will never waste money for these kind of treatments. After all, T2D is a metabolic disorder and with the knowledge available in this forum, you will have to think twice before spending even for an endocrinologist :).

I wanted to get a first hand information on the cost associated with this treatment.
