My father is sick for almost a month now and he is losing a lot of weight and can’t even walk. He is diabetic patient and recently started symptoms like constipation and vomiting. He is losing appetite and when he eats he vomits. We did lot of blood tests and ultrasound of his stomach. Everything came normal but his symptoms are getting worse day by day and he is feeling very weak. We are totally lost without any kind of support from the doctors as they say everything seems fine but it’s not fine. What can we do in such situation. Please help and provide any guidance .

Nikgurgaon , it seems to be some major issue. Please get second or third opinion from different internal medicine specialists. You may need to focus on testing various organs such as pancreas, liver, lungs, etc. and then do more tests to understand the underlying issue.
Dear Nikgurgaon , a relative of mine, man of 42, had the same symptoms over the past 2 weeks. Only a week on, the docs checked and found his creatinine level high because of an infection in the kidneys. They have treated the infection and his health is improving. Of course the docs may have checked this aspect out, but it came to mind. I hope this helps, and wish you father speedy recovery.
