Sara kuch khaoo thora thora khaoo......
Or time par khaoo.
That's it.
Sorry,I asked.
Ok ramana!
I always take my breakfast 🍳 in between 9-10
One medium slice of whole meal bread 🍞 with one fried egg with yolk in desi ghee and a big mug of tea.
After noon at 2- 2:30 I do my lunch with 1 chapatti and meat curry 🍛 or vegetables little bit chocolate 🍫 and milky tea ☕️ with SWEETEX (3 tables). And also 1 fruit.
6:30 , in evening I take 1 fruit or some times a mug of tea and biscuits 🍪 . ( if here in U.K. Is too much cold weather ).
At 9:30pm I take my dinner with 1 chapatti and curry 🍛 or vegetables 🥒. With 1 big mug of milky tea.
On the other hand if I take McDonald's burger 🍔 or kebab or chicken roast or nuggets or fried 🐟 or some other things.
I use these items or one ☝🏻 of these items then I don't take my lunch or dinner as usual.( I mean chapatti and curry or vegetables etc).
I hope you are happy now .
Nice
Good control.
According to American Diabetes Association guidelines, if HbA1C is below 7.0, then it implies that diabetes is under good control but you are classified as diabetic rather than being pre-diabetic. So, it is desirable to bring it further down if you can.
What level do you want to come down to 48?
You need to look at hidden and free sugar in your food and drinks!
Dinner you need change time to before 8 PM.
Yes,

How often do you go for full eye test?
Foot check.?
I go fo blood check, eye check and foot check once a year . My HbA1C has been over 58!!!
I am trying hard to bring it to 48, very difficult at 72.
Hech,
I live here in uk 🇬🇧,
You know, here you can't choose with your own choice ( I mean either you attend or not).
You must attend for eye examination and foot examination once in a year.
I live in Berkshire! At the moment I am in Malaysia for two weeks visiting my brother.
My GP practice has been monitoring my HbA1C for the last 8 years.
So far no medication. Only time will tell. I am from Sri Lamka.
