Well done Pranam786 !

Good job! I sort of - very sort of - try to eat less than 130 carbs a day as recommended on this NHS sponsored diabetes course I went on. I have just hit 4.7 but I am on 2000mg of Metformin a day 😁.

I am on glykindXR 60MG 2 tablets before lunch a day

in reply toPranam786

Ah yes - Those sort of tablets upset me physically so I went on Metformin. But we are all different and you have to use what best suits you!

Continuing good luck!

INTRODUCTION OF GLYKIND TABLET XR

Glykind XR 60 mg Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps to control blood sugar levels and thus prevent the long-term complications of diabetes. Use this medicine along with a proper diet and exercise for best results. It may cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) as a side effect. Monitor your blood sugar level regularly while you are taking this medicine.

congrats. Keep it up. Also try another LAB. Sometimes they make mistakes!

for your well controlled sugar levels, you need to reduce your metformin dose to avoid unnecessary toxicity .also my advise is no point in taking sustained release tablets which are costlier.
