The numbers are the grams of carbs in one 12 oz. bottle of beer (355 ml).

There are huge differences between different brands, but most contain too many carbs to fit a keto diet. Even on a more liberal low-carb diet it might be wise to keep beer drinking as an occasional thing.

The carb in beer do not have sugar!, why? I like to find this out!

On food cans there is a value for carb and a value for sugar.

IN beer there is a value for carb and zero for sugar.

Human body react differently to beer compared to juice!!

Is drinking beer that important? Probably for youngsters it may be very needed, I even at 71 and being Type2 for nearly 31 long yrs at times of conference etc once/ twice a year take a glass or two beer due to younger professional colleagues pressure. But it in no way it affects. I feel that our eating indiscreetly at any number of times and odd hours contributed more than hereditary factors for me to be T,2 diabetic. So as young you donot realise food & drink abuses but when you realise later it maybe too late.
