I m 38 yrs old suffering from diabetic since 2 yrs.

My reading fasting as well as pp shoot around 200.

Hb1ac test conduct today reading is 6.2. I have been taking regular one medicine of GILMI save 2 mg.

Kindly suggest me.

My sugar level fasting was 125, the doctor told me to control by exercise and diet but without any medicine. I am testing regularly my sugar fasting is between 115 and 126 mg, two hours after food it's 102 to 145 mg.

I hope to find some LCHF diets .
