I am 52 years old since my boyhood I used do exercise and when I was 25 I started control on food . even though for the past two and half years I am diabetic.

My parents are diabetic.

How could my daughters get out of this problem and is it possible.?

Use regularly Fenufibre thrice day. I have observed it has preventive effect, though on small number of people.refer. To fenufibre.com

Thanks a lot for your advice.

1.My wife also in the bordetline and doctor advised to control in food and not to take any medicine.

2. My weight 65 KGS night 5.5"

Now I have been adviced to take glucopage 850mg afternoon and the same one 500mg in the night.

Doing walking 5km rarely missing on or two days.

Pl advise.
