Hello every one there

I just want to share my experience with all of you guys

I'm diabetic since last 8 years during this it was very difficult for me to bring down my fasting sugar level I approached various doctors but of no use

Then I switched to a homeopathic doctor

He prescribed me arnica 6 in wet dose means in one litre of water I have to drop arnica medicines of 10 drops and i have to drink 3 cup in 12 hours and he asked me to comeback with FBS PP HBA1C after one month

To my surprise I reached magical figure fasting 85 pp 119 hba1c 5.3%

Guys trust me I had never achieved this figure in entire 8 years.

But my homeopathy doctor said that still I have to take metformin 850mg SR ONE TABLET BEFORE DINNER ...

SO IF SOMEONE WANTS TO BRING DOWN FBS BELOW 100 THEN ONE CAN TRY ARNICA IT'S A SAFE MEDICINES NO SIDE EFFECTS FELT TILL NOW

That's true. As we all know all medications have both desirable and undesirable effects, we should take them when we really need them. When you're diagnosed in the beginning with diabetes, did you use medication to lower BSL right away? Some diabetics do, others don't which depends on their doctors' order, the blood glucose situation as well as the person's determination of how they want to treat their elevated blood glucose. If you believe your current medication which is Metformin can harm you on the long-term use, you should do your best to normalise BSL naturally by controlling CARBS and exercising on regular basis. As a diabetic, we really need to figure it out how to do our best to avoid the complications with the chosen treatment medically or naturally and to live a healthy and sustainable life.

I support Concerned in the view point looking at carbohydrate control is the most important factor. True, Rome could burn while you fiddle with other tools. Eating correctly will get you the desired A!C's.

I fully agree about carb control; the logic is simple, lower your carb intake and your sugars are lower. There is no doubt about it. The question that troubles me - and it might be the wrong question - does low carb intake cure the underlying diabetic condition? Or does it stay safe and secure and more or less permanent only for the sugar levels to go mad when there is a carb intake?

No doubt as a diabetic I am more than happy to be on low carbs for the rest of my life and delay if not prevent the onset of the debilitating consequences of diabetes but is this the only choice we have? This is where homeopathy and other ways to deal with diabetes come to the fore though of course one should watch out for the dodgy ones and the lemons!

For now there is no cure! They are working fast and furious towards one for Type 2's and Type 1 being harder as we have complete lose of function on production and rely on insulin. A low carb. diet works for both I'm Type 1 and use a modified Keto diet high in fat, protein followed and carb's last. Sugars go mad with a high carb over load, take your BS 2 hours after go dose or party with friends and know you have cheated. For sure you'll be way over it's not always possible but your attitude is excellent remain positive with the disease. Check out some books for recipes and on line here. I made a dish last night I wish I could think of the individuals name now was for Lamb with so many spices. I had the all even being fro US I eat a lot of India food, it fit my carb's, served with cauliflower rice and vinegar/oil cucumbers.

Stay safe and happy on a low carb diet, have wonderful day

You are very correct!

I have been able to reduce my fasting blood sugar level by reducing carbohydrates.Sad all goodies like chocolates, fruit , Delhi Pinnis ,snacks like baked stuff have to be cut down.Medicines alone cannot work. However it is required to get some tasty sugar free diet recipes otherwise very difficult to sustain without tasty goodies.Any good dieticians in Pune Maha,?

Homeopathy has it place in many area's but in the diabetic one I can not support. If you had mentioned you had always wrote everything you ate down to the smallest crumb each day and checked your blood sugars prior to to each meal and record them faithfully and did so while on homeopathic med's I would find it more credible. You could have changed eating habits, what you were eating! Exercise habits so many varibles could have changed to effect your A1C. It was interesting of you to bring the subject up, I hope it continues to work for you. I would love to see some more data.

As I understand Homoeopathy the Arnica prescribed to you may not work on all. The homeopath decides the person and his metabolism and then prescribes. In addition to LCHF there is no harm in trying this for a couple of weeks . If it doesn't work just stop. It would do no harm. It might help skin conditions. !!

Hi Hamdaan,

if this is your first post on this subject or your experience, then much of information is missing to understand, if the Homeopathic really worked. As some one said, and obviously true, there are many parameters that might have affected and reduced your FBS and PPS levels, other than Homeo Medicine.

1. What medicine were you taking before Homeo Med?

2. If you were taking Metformin, did you increase any dose since you first started in 8 years back?

3. Did you continue Metformin while started Homeo for One month, that Doctor suggested? or stopped during that one month?

4. If Homeo could give good results, why did he suggested to continue Metformin? Why not Homeo itself? is he playing safe? Sorry, for suspicious, but most would play safe game.

so, so many such queries i have before we can confirm it really works. its good that it has worked for you.

Regards

Hello, herd somewhere that the homeopathy and English medicines are not suggested to be taken together as the basic approach to healing appears different, your thoughts please.
