Send me your WhatsApp number I ll share what I did for weight loss ...
People wont believe but Intermittent fasting works for weight loss, it worked for me...
My only problem is why my fasting glucose is higher than PP.
I was just on borderline so doctor advised me to lose weight and change diet , I did it but results are reversed. PP has dropped but fasting in increased.
Regarding blood sugar levels, if a patient is diabetic and if she is on oral medication for diabetes, the sugar levels can be as have you stated.(fasting blood sugar level more than the post prandial blood sugar).
If the patient is not a diabetic, as soon as she takes the breakfast, it will act as a stimulant to produce insulin in the body and that will bring down the post prandial blood sugar level (PP).
Another scenario for increase in sugar after empty stomach will be because of the hormone called glucagon, which will induce glycogenolysis and neoglucogenesis in the body when the sugar levels are very low.
In this mechanism, the stored glycogen or lipids will be converted into glucose, thus increasing the blood sugar level.
When I came to know previously about my borderline sugar i.e fasting sugar 98 and PP 107mg/dl.
I Started having Healthy Diet & reduced Weight as advised by family doctor.
My PP sugar Got down But Fasting increased.
Is it harmful for me ,the glycogenosis kindly explain . Will it turn me into diabetic..
Thank you and waiting for your reply...

The dawn phenomenon, sometimes called the dawn effect, is an early-morning (usually between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m.) increase in blood sugar (glucose) relevant to people with diabetes. The dawn phenomenon can be managed in many patients by avoiding carbohydrate intake at bedtime. You need not worry about this glucose fluctuation.
do not worry ,same reports happened with me also.wait for another few months and it will reduce.secondly I think main reasons is when we are hungry body takes fuel from the stored glcucose
1. your test results are OK. and first stop worrying. You are perfect. Be positive. There are many who have many problems. You are far better than all those.
2. Kudos to your determination and reducing the wieght so effectively. But do not do so muach harsh regime to reduce any further. Now you are crossed the danger level, so go slow on reducing the weight further. Or maintain it.
3. Regarding the testing with Accuchek. PLease note it is very sensitive to your hand/ or the st location. It should be thoroughly washed, cleaned with clean and ry cloth or best thinng is with paper tissue. do not touch anything with that finger till your test completed. even a finest spek of interference would give incorrect results. So, they should be taken as guidence only. though could be as acurate as Lab tset, if done correctly with care.
4. Fasting test means from night Dinner to next day morning by the time you test AT LEAST 12 hours should be maintained. you can only take water in between, or any vitamin medication, if you are taking any. but NO OTHER food or any.
