I realize diet and exercise are key to the control of blood sugar levels. I am looking for food items to include in my diet and food items to remove from my diet.

In fact, I am in the same boat, that is why I am querying you more and more. I am also on low carb diet since last 8 weeks. My carb intake is limited to 30g only from green Veg salad, rest is all meat and fatty fish (salmon). I am struggling to bring fasting number down from 120 at present. With low carb, the after-meal rise is only 15-20 points. If I can bring down fasting number to 90 like yours I will be on top of the moon.

with the results you have provided, I can conclude you were able to drop at least 20 points in fasting blood glucose number? I will also try to replicate.
