TO CONTROL BLOOD SUGAR

1.START Water Therapy. :

After waking up in the morning, drink 2-3 glasses of water WITHOUT WASHING your mouth.

After taking bath drink 2 glasses of water.

Drink water half hour before meals.

DO NOT Drink Water With or after meals. ( You can take fruit juice during breakfast, Chaas /butter milk during lunch and warm milk with dinner )

Drink one glass of water before going to bed at night.

PLEASE DRINK 4 LITRES OF WATER DAILY.

ALWAYS DRINK WATER WHILE SITTING AND NEVER IN STANDING POSITION.

Please maintain GAP of 1-1 and half hour in between meals and drinking water.

NEVER Drink refrigerated water.

2.Get Amla powder and Haldi powder. ( Both EQUAL quantity. ) Available at Pantanjali Stores.

Mix them Well and store in a jar. Take ONE TEA SPOON after every meal with just the needed Quantity of FRESH WATER.

YOUR SUGAR WILL BE CONTROLLED .

You will feel energetic and fresh with in few days.

You will be able to reduce the medicine of Diabeties.

MY cost have medicines have come DOWN from Rs.2500/- per month to ONly Rs. 141/-

I AM EVEN NOT TAKING ANY MEDICINE OF BLOOD PRESSURE. ( IT IS NORMAL ) SINCE LAST 8 MONTH.

You have not given fact and figures,

What were your sugar levels before your experiment and after.

Which were the the medicines costing you 2500/-per month etc?

Follow this very basic food eating tips:

1. Eat only when ur hungry [don’t go eat lunch just bz its 1 pm...don’t eat time basis]

2. Chew 25 times [count literally each bite]

3. Don’t drink water before or during or after food for 1 hr minimum.

4. Stop when you get 1st Burp while eating. When you chew 25 time, you will get burp - its a signal that ur full.

5. Finish dinner on or before 7 pm

5. Then do walking daily 30 mins a day.
