So good.
As i have mentioned before i am still having dizziness Giddiness vertigo problem since Feb 2017
It could be due to imbalance in the ear.If it happens like an episode and then it is normal again, and if you feel that you have been suddenly pushed so as to make you fall, then is is likely to be a problem with ear balance. My wife has the same problem.Best to consult an ENT specialist.
Your vertigo problem may be either due to cervical spondylitis or infection in ear. In both cases consult a specialist.
Fantastic!
It is a very difficult problem that most times specialist doctors also cannot pinpoint the actual cause. In any case,I would suggest that is advisable to consult an ENT specialist.
Sir nice to have a perfect sugar levels. I am taking insulin morning afternoon and night but my levels always fluctuates from fasting 169 to 359.
Nice one
Pls keep some sugar with you always
YES.
I support this recommendation.
Always keep sugar in your pockets, car etc.
I keep sugar tablets in every room and in my bed too.
One tablet Daonil 5mg (2 years ago) I consumed and..... it threw me off balance (dizzy, shivering, shaking etc etc), that too in a bad weather (freezing).
Luckily I had some sugar to manage.

I am still on metformin.
My humble views (may be recommendation).
Cut down on Met.
Do more exercise.
Follow LCHF.
Worth trying some of the Ayurvedic supplements or some Homeopthy stuff.
It is more of MANAGEMENT rather than fully depending upon METformin (there are reports about bad negative impact of this drug on the long run).
Not trying to scare you please.
LCHF is the best remedy, as far as I know.
These are my 2 cents, though I am not a PUNDIT in this forum.
Magnesium is in control. I had test 4 months before.
