Hba1c little increase

My fasting sugar level is around 100.

The ppbs is around 200.

First, my Hba1c is 6.3. Today, my Hba1c is 6.7. I'm regular with my diet & medicine so why then it increases?

your ppsugar is high.reduce it with calorie controlled diet and test again after two months

It should be possible to reduce ppbs by reducing the carb intake in your diet and replacing it with healthy fat. That will reduce your HbA1c. Your fasting number is very good. Generally it is more difficult to reduce the fasting bs.

What is mean pancreas produce less insulin or insulin resistance?

When there is no external source of energy( in form of food) your blood sugar settles down to a nice low value of 78.

Fasting sugar level is not the issue for you.Review your diet in terms of quantity at each meal and glycemic index of each item consumed.Plan for including lower glycemic index foods and moderate the portion sizes.

I ate daal with 2 jowar roti & bit brown rice

All the items you ate are carbohydrates. Why not cut one roti and have an egg.Try and see if it works.
