As it's been more than a year now & today I have received my 5th hba1c test report & the value came as 5.2%.
My hba1c reports are as follows
May 2018 - 5.9
August 2018- 5.7
November 2018 -5.1
Feb 2019 - 5.2
May 2019 5.2
I didn't do any physical training or workout in last 3 months as I was too busy with my new office which I recently opened, however,I have cheated so many times as for as my diet is concerned but I didn't eat carbs much but I used to drink whiskey/wine 5 times in a week.
As I was curious & wanted to see the impact of alcohol on my test report.
Will start hitting gym again in a week or so, as I have planed to take it down my hba1c number below 5 this time.
Every & each valuable inputs will be appreciated so please let me know what do you think on this as per my endocrinologist I was never a pre-diabetic.
