Happy to report that I got the test done two days back and my HbA1c test result is now 5.4. Thanks to George Sir's LWMDR diet. My HbA1c was 8 in Jan and now thanks to Long Wheat it is 5.4 I am told it is a good result by my doctor.

I have always maintained that it due to George's Sir's diet that I achieved whatever I have :-) I follow the diet exactly the way George Sir has mentioned in the Appropedia website.

I undertook the diet exactly as prescribed by George Sir in the Appropedia website.

Besides that I take Nisha Amalakki tablets twice a day with warm water one hour after food. Nisha Amalakki is an antioxidant and I am told that taking an antioxidant is a must for all diabetics. This was prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor who is a family friend. However please consult a Ayurvedic doctor before taking these yourself.

I have green tea once a day. In the morning, I have coffee with Sugarfree with some sugarless biscuits like "Sugarless Bliss" available in most supermarkets. It is made of pure butter, so no danger of trans fat.

I also walk for 30 minutes three times daily.

That is more or less my diet. Hope this helps.

Hi,

Good keep it up. We have to thank Shooter George Sir for it. I am also following LWMDR diet for the last 2 months which was 8.5 (HBA1C) months back. Now it is getting reduced with my BS monitor hope to achieve the same as you in a month. I will publish my result in a month as 3 months are required to see the HBA1C.

Thanks to Shooter George Sir.

Sir please help. With a lot of effort I got Long wheat for my husband from Nilgis store in Banglore its called Samba gehu. My husband started the LWMDR day before yesterday (today is 3rd day). His sugar level was controlled at 120 Fasting and 180 at 2 hrs post food. Immediately after starting the LWMDR his sugar level has gone up fasting was 180 today and 250 post food. I am following your advise to the hilt on diet ..no sugar no fruit no starchy veggies. 1 gm per kg of weight of long wheat per meal (breakfast and dinner). He is eating normal lunch 2-3 chapatis with veggies and dal and salad. I am worried that after starting the diet the sugar level has gone up. Please advise should we continue the diet or it is not suiting my husband.

Sorry for this very long delay. Initially LWMDR may increase Blood Sugar level in some cases, but after 2-3 weeks LW will gain grip and bring down BS gradually. By now you would have experienced the positive effect of LW. Please report progress.

Stress is a major trigger for high sugar levels. Do check to see if he is stressed or anxious. Even a cold can increase blood sugar levels. So rule out cold or infections too. Keep persisting with the diet. That's how I lowered by BS and HBA1C levels. It rejuvenates your pancreas. However do tell the doctor about this rise in BS as there are many factors that can cause this. LWMDR works, believe me!

Thank you @dialife for the feedback/reporting. Now one more year has passed and what is the status!

My doctor just declared me pre diabetic from Diabetic since my FBS has been a consistent 99 from the 140 earlier. PPBS is around 100 to 140 from the earlier 180. Due to travels I am not able to maintain the LWMDR diet. But this year I have resolved to be regular. Going for a test next week. Fingers crossed on HBA1C.
