Reclide Xr 60 Tablet contains Gliclazide as an active ingredient. Gliclazide is an anti-diabetic medication used to treat diabetes mellitus type 2. It is used when dietary changes, exercise, and weight loss are not enough. It is taken by mouth.

Ziten contains Teneligliptin which is a pharmaceutical drug for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It belongs to the class of anti-diabetic drugs known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors or "gliptins".

Fasting blood sugar should not exceed 100 mg/dL. Postprandial blood sugar should not exceed 140 mg/dL.

Undergo HbA1c test.

Seek a second medical opinion.

Too bad...what is the need for a 10 km walk. Pl do the following:

- how many years you are diabetic?

- do you see a diabetologist or a GP?

- if you are gaving diabetes for more than 10 years, it may be time to have Insulin.. meet a good diabetologist!

- calibrate your meter.

I do not know you are could bring carb or not.Reduce carb.As suggested go for 10 to 15 minutes walk instead of 10 K.m. walk.Go for recording your suger after each meal and quantity.jot down this .Take some anti oxidant capsule such as diavit plus.Go for a good diabetologist.Do not worry.just regulate carb and increase good fat.Hope to see you fine. Thanks
