First of all, both your Fasting and PP sugar levels are on higher sides. To get a complete picture of your last three months average blood glucose level please check your hba1c immediately which is the key in determining your required dosage. I think given your current sugar level adding glimepride (once or twice daily) alongwith the medicine you are taking now would be ideal at this stage but the required dose of your medicines must be fixed by a qualified endocrinologist without any exception.

Please control on total calorie in with restriction on carbohydarte. The total in should be less than what you spend
