Crumbling Almus (Accord) 100 microgram tablets
My current batch of Almus (Accord) 100 microgram Levothyroxine tablets are extremely crumbly. Finding it difficult to get even one out without it breaking up.
For this reason, I have just filed a Yellow Card report - see below.

In fact Galvus Vildagliptin is not yet approved by USFDA... Though many European and Asian countries have approved...
DPP4 inhibitors in high dose in some cases seem to have caused a dangerous skin disease called Bullous pamphigold.
SGLT2 is being mainly prescribed for obese type 2.
DPP4 inhibitors such as Galvus met increases risk of heart failure!

Galvus met contains Vildagliptin which has not been approved by FDA, though its twin sister Sitagliptin has FDA approval.
Talk to your doctor if you need to reduce your dose of Galvus met or substitute by any other drugs.
