Galvus Met (50+850) before break fast, Roimet 850 mg OD before dinner, and Winofit OD. The BS levels are 140 Morning and 190 after lunch. The H1AC is 7.8. My. Doctor added Poiz 15 mg before dinner but after 10 days there is no change in BS level. Pl suggest to control the BS level of Morning.

download=true Galvus met contains Vildagliptin which has not been approved by FDA, though its twin sister Sitagliptin has FDA approval. Talk to your doctor if you need to reduce your dose of Galvus met or substitute by any other drugs.

Doctor has changed to Galvus 500/50. I can't see much difference other than Galvus being much more expensive. Secondly Vidagliptin is not sold in US because apparently DPP4 inhibitors trigger joint pains (See Rxlist website). Should I move back to Glycomet GP2/500.
