My hba1c was 71.1 and my blood glucose levels 10.5. I have been told I will be on medication. However, since my initial consultation I have lost nearly 7 kg and my weight is now 75.5 kg. Will my above levels hba1c and blood glucose lower? Do you think I will be put on meds. My next test is the final to determine my status.

Through correct diet and excercise we can control diabetes for long time without medicine, go for low carb diet,

skip rice, sugar, root vegetables, Remmber Diebtes has no cure but can be controlled for long time, also uncontrolled diabetes can be really dangerous.

At what time was / were the glucose measured? Fasting, sometime after a meal or other form of carbs eating?

My bmi was 32.5 and now it us 28.5 within 2 weeks
