Can I reverse diabetic

I m diabetic since last 6 years.i m now 39 years old.can I reverse the diabetic. My weight is 79kg and height 5.5ft.I saw some adv in Facebook.Does it will reverse.

Diabetes is a physiological condition and not a disease like typhoid which can be cured by medication. Therefore,you can manage it in a satisfactory manner by appropriate diet,active lifestyle and very importantly, managing your stress.You can,in most cases,use prescribed medication after clinical testing.With all the corrective steps that you undertake successfully,it may appear that the diabetes is reversed.But,please note.it might come back with advancing age and any lapse in your part.That is the reason why it is said that diabetes can be managed but not reversed.By the way, your weight at 79 kg is way too high and may have contributed to your diabetic condition.Try reducing the weight by around 5 to 10 kg in a scientific manner to ensure that other complications may not arise.I think your diabetes will come down as you reduce your weight.Keep monitoring sugar levels and other health parameters regularly.

Sir I m Male n doing govt job.my a1c is between 5 to 7.However I m also E-trait.some doc tolD that my ha1c may not be correct.but my fasting sugar between 110 to 130 and pp 170 to 180 if take rice.otherwise with oats or dalia pp remains between 150 to 170.i m taking teniva m during breakfast and glycomet sr 500 in night.

My mother had diabeteic now completely reversed and active with out tablets and she just touching 90

Do you understand all the response.

You need to look at your daily diet plan and reduce your grain food intake to reduce the weight and blood glucose control.

Try to eat about ground food, green leaf veg, no sugar intake, no rice. take a look at BMI chart and see how much you need to loose in weight.
