Good morning. I need some guidance. I have a DOT physical this morning and I don't know what I can eat for breakfast that will not raise my blood pressure or blood sugars. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am currently on medication but I don't want to screw this up!!!! But I'm hungry.

Are you allowed to eat oranges or bananas? Some blood pressure meds. say you can't have those because of too much potasium.
