Great post.
It utterly astonishes me that with a clear open mind, and access to the internet why anybody with the most basic knowledge of food cogent to T2 doesn't get on board. At the basest level, what don't people know what happens to ANY carbohydrate when it enters the bloodstream and what the body needs to do with it ie burn it, store it or in the case of T2 suffer it.
Carbs got you there boys and girls, and if you persist, there you will stay!
From the posted link:
"Three low-carb meals within 24 hours lowers post-meal insulin resistance by more than 30 percent, but high-carb meals sustain insulin resistance, a condition that leads to high blood pressure, pre-diabetes and diabetes."
Very supportive to our way of diabetes management!
Thanks for posting!!
I always wonder....then what all these doctors were doing for so many years???
This study will please you anup
Especially about the exercise part
Science was always there for low carb.
It's just the people interpreting were or are not scientific.
Yes,exercises have temporary effect on blood sugar of a diabetic who is dependent on high carb diet.
