you can add horsegram which is 0 crab and high protein

Meduvada with coconut chutney,dalvada, for breakfast, cooked horsegramwith soya granules,/soyagranules with moongdal, etc are the best along with fullcream milk, buttermilk, cream, butter, cheese etc , coconut oil, and lots of other vegetables, search google u will get answers.
